Today is going to be fairly busy. My brother, Alan, is moving here from Florida. Talk about a big change! It snowed yesterday, so he should be greeted by about three inches of glistening snow and freezing temperatures. Welcome to Kansas! His wife, Heather, and their two adorable kids will be joining them in March. (I wish it were sooner!) This will be the first time in about ten years that I've lived in the same city as one of my family members.
Yesterday, we had our weekly playgroup. The ladies who come are members of our church. We have had three new families with young kids move into our ward in the past couple of months. It's so nice to have people who can relate to your stage of life. Although, it's kind of odd, because I'm the only one with kids older than kindergarten age. I feel like the old lady. I love having playgroup because I remember when I had my first two kids I would get so lonely just for someone to talk to. It sure is better to have friends and family!
