It's been four days since we found out we're having twins, and I think the shock is finally starting to wear off. It's being replaced with overwhelment (is that a word?) and worry. There's still some residual shock though. I think that will last a little while longer.
Lucy and I went to the library today for story time. We did some puzzles in the children's room afterward and visited with a friend and her two sons for awhile. Then we came home and Lucy requested noodles for lunch, which is actually one of my favorite comfort foods. It's pasta with butter and parmesan. Real healthy. She had fruit for breakfast so it's all good, right? Then I read her all her library books and she layed down for a nap, just waiting for her to wake up. It sure is a beautiful day today. The sun is shining and things are turning green. On days like this I really love spring.
