Holy Hannah (as my friend Heidi likes to say)! I've been getting lazy about blogging lately. It seems as though there's so much going on I don't know where to start. I've also been feeling quite crafty lately and have been creating some different things that I've discovered in my blog jumping. Here's a gallery of my craftiness. Oh, and I have to add that all these projects took under two hours tops. I have a pretty short attention span and love to see immediate results.
These were super easy to make. Just use some kind of synthetic material. Cut them out in circles and then (the dangerous part!) run the edges over a candle flame. Then sew or glue them together. 15 minutes tops!
She was not so anxious to show off this skirt! (I don't think she was flipping me off?)
After I made the skirt for Kate, Lucy wanted one that matched (of course).
These soft pretzels were sooooooo good. A little time consuming towards the end, but definitely worth it. I found the recipe here. Next time they will be ALL cinnamon-sugar, though!
These were the first two skirts I made for the girls that inspired me to make the above pink and brown ones. I loved the fabric, (which, surprisingly, I got at Wal-Mart) and wanted to make cute spring-inspired skirts. I got the tutorial from here . Can you tell that Kate really does not like modeling?
