We found a house!!

After a month of intense house searching, four offers on four different houses, and many, many, MANY LONG discussions about house prices, the potential of a house, back yards, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms we came to a decision this morning...... (drum roll please)........ We've decided to buy the house we are living in!!!  The two major deciding factors: 1. The price (for our neighborhood it's not too inflated)  2.  We wouldn't have to move!!!  The second reason is my favorite!!!  There are going to be a couple of hurdles to climb over, but we think it's worth it.  So for now I feel extremely relieved.  Although now my mind is racing with all the things we can do to "fix it up".
