We've gone hunting

So ever since we found out we had to move, about three weeks ago, we have been on the hunt for a new place to live.  Where we live people obviously haven't heard there's a recession going on, because there are only about 50 houses on the market (in our town of about 30,000 people), and it seems as though they are all at least $10,000 to $20,000 overpriced.  We have already made two offers on two different houses that we really loved but both of them fell through, which really stinks!!!  So for now, our real estate agent is keeping us posted on new listings daily.  I just hope we can find one soon!!!
