Yay!!! Our new washer and dryer was delivered yesterday!!! I don't think I've ever been so excited to do laundry! They had it installed around four yesterday afternoon and by eleven I had gotten through 2/3 of our dirty laundry (AMAZING!!!). The clothes come out of the washer practically dried so it doesn't take long to dry them. In fact, most of the time the dryer is done before the washer finishes. Our old dryer took, on average, three hours to dry one load!!!! It only takes the new washer and dryer a little under an hour to complete their cycles. SO NICE!!!! I LOVE IT!!! We've decided it's our anniversary present, and I told him he could give me the washer and I was giving him the dryer. How romantic!!
Actually next week for spring break we're leaving the kids with my mom in C Springs and heading to Denver for a couple of kid-free days. I am really looking forward to it! This is only the second time since we've had kids (almost nine years) we've left them overnight with someone. Kaleb has the whole week off (a small miracle), and we plan on spending the rest of the week doing some fun stuff with the kids and my mom. Should be lots of fun!!!!

Hurray Jennifer! That is awesome that you have such a great washer and dryer! It makes a big difference doesn't it? You don't really know what you are missing sometimes until you get it...ha ha! I know...we just got a new dishwasher and I count my blessings over that everyday...ha ha!
I'm so glad you get to have a break! That will be nice for you and your hubby to do something together. Wow...NINE YEARS!! You definitely deserve a break!
