Blessed!

Today was my birthday! Happy 31 to me! I try not to focus on the number. This morning I woke up just feeling very blessed. I started thinking about my three and a half beautiful and smart children and my wonderful saint of a husband. That got me in a very good mood. It's amazing at all that has happened since my last birthday. A couple of very tough trials, but more importantly, so many blessings! My cup truly runneth over!
Each one of my kids made me a unique birthday card and gave it to me this morning. At playgroup they had a luncheon and cake for me! So nice!!! Every time I think about it I get all teary! I hope that they all know how much that meant to me!
Kaleb also took me and Lucy out to lunch. The vietnamese place I wanted to go to hadn't opened yet so we went to bbq. I, unfortunately, had to get most of it in a box to go as I was stuffed after a few bites! It did make a good snack tonight, though. I also got flowers and lots of well-wishes. What more could a girl want!!! Each year I think it can't get any better and yet it does!! It was the best birthday!!!
