Almost every day for the last month this has been Lucy's outfit of choice. I got it at a garage sale two years ago when it was the costume for a toddler sized barbie. She LOVES to dress up in it along with the crown. This day she had also chosen to wear a headband with her ponytail AND crown. Although she always protests when we call her a princess. She says, "I'm not a princess, I'm Lucy!!!" I also try to call her Charlie sometimes as in "sorry, charlie". She definitely did not like that saying, because she says, "I'm not Charlie, I'm Lucy". It doesn't help that there is a little girl at church whose name IS Charlie!! I finally learned not to say it after the fortieth time she clarified her name again. She's probably like, "Why the heck don't these people know my name!!!!"
