Still sick!

Well everyone else in the family is pretty much recovered from their sicknesses. Lucy has a little cough left but doing pretty good. Only now Kate and I have it. I tell you what, there is nothing sadder than a sick baby. Yesterday morning she was so miserable, she cried for an hour straight this sad pitiful "I am not feeling good mom" cry. In between crying and almost falling asleep she would start coughing. I was very tempted to take her into the er but she didn't seem to be struggling too much with her breathing so I just stuck it out. And then she slept for about two hours. Then again last night she went on another hour-long crying spell. I just held her and tried to rock her to sleep. Eventually she fell asleep again and managed to sleep about six hours straight last night (not typical for her). This morning she started out about the same again but after she woke up from a short nap she seemed a little perkier so hopefully she's starting to recover. I have the junk now too. Although for me it's a sore throat, a little cough, and just tiredness. Not too bad. Hopefully we will not catch the stomach bug going around. Say some prayers for us!!!!!
