Our family is growing again! No we're not having a baby! It's a .... mixer!!!! Her name is Bertha because she just looked like a Bertha. She's a heavy duty professional Kitchenaid mixer with a 6 qt. bowl and 575 watts of power!!! We got her at the outlet mall in Colorado Springs last week. She's a "refurbished" model so we spent considerably less than a new one would cost. Kaleb said she's my anniversary present (instead of diamonds I get a mixer) and I have to say I am over the moon happy with her. In fact yesterday I made 4 dozen cinnamon rolls. I froze a few, gave away a few, and ate way more than I should have. Then today I made a delicious homemade cake with homemade frosting, all made courtesy of my Big Blue Bertha!!! I love you Bertha!!! (although, I don't think my waistline will love you if I keep it up!!)

Welcome Big Bertha...lol! Love it! I could use one of those too, but then again, my waist line doesn't need it...ha ha!
