Blogger's block unbroken?

Lately I have just not felt into blogging. I have started and even completed several posts but ended up erasing them before I've actually published them. So today I'm just going to do a show and tell, in other words I'm going to post a few pictures and tell about them. This will be a grandma post. Sorry!

Kate's foray into solid foods.

Last month I finally started Kate on solid food. This is the night when we tried prunes, which she didn't think was too bad. I thought it made her look like she has a five o'clock shadow. She also has become very fond of sticking out her tongue lately, especially when she's happy or smiling. Still no teeth, but I'm pretty sure the tongue thing has something to do with teething?

Yesterday I was feeling quite ambitious and decided to finally sew Lucy another skirt from this material I bought a few months ago at Hobby Lobby. It turned out quite cute, if I do say so myself! It has a cute little ruffle on the bottom that I'm very proud of. I want to make a little matching summer dress for Kate soon.

Yesterday afternnon this is how I found my boys, both reading on the trampoline. A pretty comfortable place to read, I imagine.

Most of the time they are doing this on the trampoline, though. One of Kaleb's coworkers was getting rid of the trampoline and asked Kaleb if he wanted it. Of course, Kaleb said YES! We still need to get an enclosure for it before somebody breaks something (like one of their bones).
