Yesterday was a fabulous Mother's Day. In the interest of time and out of pure laziness here's the highlights:
-got to sleep in a bit
-Kaleb made breakfast
-received several handmade cards (my favorites!!!)
-Kaleb didn't have meetings in morning so he dealed with the kids while I got just myself ready for church
-was on time for church!! (wooohooo!)
-made delicious cake in bonding ,but a little messy, experience with kids after church while waiting not too long for Kaleb to come home after church
-took long, equally delicious, nap in the afternoon
-Kaleb and kids made a very good dinner of Italian sausage and pasta with salad and garlic bread!!!
-Then Kaleb cleaned up after dinner (put dishes in dishwasher AND wiped off the table!!!)
-ate the bestest, most chocolatiest, moistest chocolate cake for dessert that the kids had decorated festively!!
-put the kids to bed and spent most of the rest of the night talking and cuddling with my honey
Really, what more could a girl ask for??!!!
