I love pudding
I am having a serious love affair with sugar free chocolate pudding (the Hunts Snack Pack is the best). It is getting me through the hard times of when I REALLY REALLY want to eat a whole bag of chocolate chips but I know that if I do I will blow all of my points for the day and probably the week. I've noticed that I have a few trigger foods that once I have just one it is very difficult to stop. One of these is chocolate chip cookies. My husband was craving some on Sunday night and so I made up the dough and took a little bite. . . and then took another. . . and then another :) I'm ashamed to say I probably ate about a half a cup of just the dough. It was one of the weakest moments I've had in the last few weeks. (It was also sooooo good!!!!) Monday I tried to get back on the wagon, but had a few too many of the cookies I made. Today, though, I feel stronger and am just focusing on getting in my five fruits and vegetables. Tonight is the moment of truth: weigh-in!!!!! I'm afraid of what the number will be but also curious. Maybe I did actually lose a pound or two??? I can always hope.

The love of chocolate chips is genetic. Suzan hides the darn things so I can't eat them out of the bag. Sorry for giving you that particular gene.... :)
mmmmm....chocolate chip cookie dough. If only the husband hadn't made the doctor veto it in front of me, so that there wasn't any argument.
Don't feel bad...you just ate my cookies and I get a lot right now.
